Hallo!
HILFEEEEEE :? :?
(der 3. Versuch)
Womit IPTC Daten in D70 NEFs ändern?

Moin,

Hi,
4.1.0 is old and does write some stuff to the NEF files the Nikon libraries
shipped with IMatch cannot read. Nikon 4.1.2 is OK. Nikon 4.1.3 available in
some countries is bad again because it requires an update of the libraries used
in IMatch to read the NEF files again. What a mess.
Nikon has released a new set of DLLs with D2X support a couple of days ago. I
will ship these libs with the next intermediate version of IMatch. But I don't
know with which version of Nikon Capture, Nikon View or Nikon PhotoSomething
these libraries are compatible, sorry. Nikon is currently messing up their
software portfolio big time as it seems.

Mario, (or Tom)
I read in this thread that you have Nikon Capture 4.1.2 and that it works with
existing NEF formats.
I have iMatch 3.4.0.30 and I tried Nikon Capture 4.1.0. this weekend (even an
earlier version that the one you mention). Any file NEF touched by Nikon Capture
does not show properly anymore in iMatch. I only get a sort of thumbnail without
any of the modifications that I did in Nikon Capture.
Is there any solution to this problem? The NEF files are created with a Nikon
D70.
Gruesse,
Oscar.

Hi Daniel,

immernoch hoffnungslos

http://www.photools.com/imfs_0008.php
ThumbsPlus:IMatch comes with a comfortable and powerful IPTC Editor. This editor allows you to add/edit IPTC information in many ways. The editor adjusts to your workflow, and allows you to add IPTC captions even to hundreds of images at the same time.
http://www.cerious.com/thumbnails.shtml#feature_list
iView:• Support for IPTC editing in batch process.
http://www.iview-multimedia.com/product ... nnotations
Fotostation Pro:iView MediaPro 2 supports the import, editing and export of media annotations (also called metadata). It supports annotations in the resource and data fork (JPEG/Photoshop). MediaPro allows the creation of favorites for consistent editing. Annotations can be written back to the original file (using the Sync command) or remain in the catalog separate from the file. MediaPro supports the following annotation/metadata standards:
• IPTC: Also called ANPA, Photoshop File Info
• XMP: Adobe's Extensible Metadata Platform
• EXIF: Digital photo annotations (read-only)
• Media specific annotations (e.g. Cue Points, Tracks)
• QuickTime
• Fetch Caption/Keywords
• URL source
• Audio/Voice annotations (for digital cameras)
http://www.fotoware.com/Products/FotoSt ... oning.aspx
Tailor the text editor to suit your needs! The FotoStation PRO text editor can be customized to include exactly the fields you require. The text editor’s layout and available fields also change depending on the type of file being captioned. Create and apply text templates using an advanced macro tool, or import and apply an IPTC template from an external file. The text editor can also make use of the auto-complete and spell-checking capabilities of Microsoft® Office, if installed.
30Tage for free.

Also Fall erledigt....
Danke
